Where are you licensed?: I am currently licensed in the state of Louisiana and Michigan.
What are your fees?: As a third-party processor, the borrower pays my fee rather than the loan officer/broker. I tailor my fees to the loan type and circumstances.
What LOS systems have you worked on?: I have worked on Calyx, Encompass, Lending Dox, and Loan Producer.
How do you communicate with me and my team?: I use google sheets that only your team and I have access to. I update the log daily so you always know where we stand in the process of getting your loans closed. I also send updated reports daily or weekly depending on your needs. And I keep in regular contact via email, text, and phone.
Do you do both residential and commercial loan processing?: Currently, I only process residential mortgages.
